RATE: 14/hour
SCHEDULE- MON-SUN WEEKNDS REQUIRED/EVERY OTHER
Hotel Housekeeper: must have previous hotel housekeeping experience. Must know how to make ends in a hotel and prove the experience-hospital beds are not the same.
Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
Must have previous HOTEL Housekeeping experience and be able to provide references and/or description of the job duties
Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
Reports necessary maintenance items.
Follows departmental policies and procedures.
Follows all safety and sanitation policies
Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Performs additional duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma/GED or demonstrated equivalent experience preferred.
Outstanding manual skills.
Ability to communicate using a variety of methods including pagers, overhead speakers, telephones, cell phones, etc.
Ability to learn and perform a variety of tasks
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance.
