MCM Staffing is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a facility in Canton, MI. Your day to day will be answering inbound calls and helping customers by providing product and service information. Must be available to work any shift between 9am-11:30pm
.Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries regarding product warranties
Provide information about the products and services
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Technical skills including ability to use more than one monitor and website at once
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
